Refund Policy
This policy explains the scope of refunds, how to request one, and how payment processing works for FTVPN subscriptions. Requests and processing updates are recorded in support tickets in the user panel for easy reference.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full refund, for any reason, within 30 days of your first payment. Eligibility is checked against the order record for the first successful payment, and the request time is based on when the support ticket was submitted. You do not need to provide proof of a service issue or complete connection troubleshooting first.
Requests for monthly subscriptions and data packages must be linked to specific orders. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain valid until used and never expire. The fact that data packages do not expire does not extend the refund window indefinitely. Renewals, upgrades, or additional data package purchases do not restart the refund window tied to the first payment.
If your request involves multiple payments, list each order separately so customer support can check the status and eligibility of each payment. The refund guarantee does not mean that every future order is eligible for an unlimited number of refunds.
Usage Records and Exceptional Cases
Using the service normally, trying different routes, or using data included in your plan is not, by itself, a reason to deny a refund under this guarantee. This policy sets no data usage percentage threshold and does not reduce the guarantee based on undisclosed usage limits.
Orders outside the refund window are not eligible for the no-questions-asked refund described above. Orders with no successful payment, a full refund already issued, or no actual charge have no payment remaining to refund. If the payment record does not match the status shown in the user panel, the transaction result should be verified first.
For disputes about excessive usage, duplicate refunds, unauthorized payments, or accounts that violate the rules, customer support will review the relevant orders, usage records, and terms separately. An account restriction does not automatically remove refund eligibility. If it affects the review, the support ticket should explain the basis and disputed issue and include any relevant supporting details; a vague label such as “unusual activity” is not a substitute for an explanation.
How to Request a Refund and What to Provide
Log in to the user panel and submit your request through Customer Support, clearly identifying the order you want refunded. No email address is required; replies and additional details can all be handled through the ticket.
- Provide the order number, plan name, payment method, and the payment time and amount shown in the user panel.
- If the charge does not match the order status, include a payment receipt or transaction ID, and redact personal details that are not needed for verification.
- When customer support replies, add any further information to the original ticket to keep the review of that payment in one place.
You may share your reason for requesting a refund, but it is not required as proof for a no-questions-asked refund. Do not submit your account password, full subscription link, payment password, or wallet private key. Save any necessary order details before the refund is processed; once complete, the service benefits associated with that order will end.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
For Alipay and WeChat Pay payments, refunds are generally sent to the original payment account through the original payment channel. If the channel does not support a refund to the original method, the transaction status prevents it, or the original account cannot receive the funds, customer support will explain the situation in the ticket and confirm a feasible option before proceeding.
USDT transfers work differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds, and the original transaction cannot be assumed to be reversible. To request a return, confirm the receiving network and address through a support ticket and verify the original payment record. The amount to be returned, network processing, and any applicable fees will be explained before the transfer; no action will be taken without confirmation.
Do not transfer funds to third parties claiming to help with refunds. If anyone asks you to provide sensitive credentials, stop and verify the request through the user panel.
Refund Status and Disputes
Refund approval, submission to the payment channel, and receipt of funds are separate steps. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel, transaction status, or network confirmation; this policy does not promise a single fixed processing time. Customer support will update the status in the ticket. After the refund is submitted, you can use the refund receipt to check its progress.
If a refund is marked as issued but has not arrived, add the payment channel record to the original ticket so it can be checked further; there is no need to submit another request. If you disagree with the amount, eligibility decision, or outcome, you may ask for the basis of the review and provide additional details. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Privacy Policy for information about data handling. Nothing in this policy limits rights granted by law.
